    Phew!!! LOL, “hold my beer.”

Glad you are on the mend. See? When you retire you’ll be writing on your blog!

    You B Well.

    • Thanks, Tom! It was certainly a new experience for me, but all-in-all not too bad. Even going through recovery it’s less pain than I had before treatment. I’m being a good patient (translation: Mike hopes I never have surgery again!), and really feel amazingly good. Thanks for the prayers! Hope you are well, too.

You needed an excuse to do some writing in your blog. And well written too.

I am gall bladder free too, 10 years ago. I asked the surgeon if I could take it home…. for my husband….. thinking of a line from an old Andy Warhol film.

Alas the hospital kept the ill functioning organ.

Glad you are on the mend.

Laurie, we have all had a few new ‘bucket list’ items this past year. Glad to hear you are doing well.
What’s the story on the shoes?

    • You sure have! Well, that’s the picture I took from the gurney vantage point in the ambulance. As my brother pointed out, they look like they are on the wrong feet, but I’m just going with a bumpy road mixed with morphine had a slightly adverse effect on my photographic skills!

Hope you are doing well with your own bucket list items!
